As a learning and development professional, you get asked what is the difference between mentoring and coaching. Which one would suit me best? Both are very tools that can have a big impact on both our professional and personal growth.
Mentoring and coaching differ in their fundamental focus and approach. In contrast, coaching adopts a facilitative approach, enabling individuals to unlock their potential through self-reflection and exploration.
